Welcome to rcr-consulting.com (the “Site”), operated by RCR Consulting Group, LLC (“RCR,” “we,” “us”). We take privacy seriously, both on this Site and in the client work we do every day. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and your message. We use it to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about. We do not use the contact form to build marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages, protect the Site from abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. This Site does not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.
Cookies. The Site itself does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Our security providers (Cloudflare, including the Turnstile anti-spam check on our contact form) may set strictly functional cookies used to protect the Site and verify that form submissions come from real people.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, deliver and improve our services, and communicate with you about work you have engaged us for. If you are a client, information you share with us in the course of an engagement is governed by your services agreement in addition to this policy.
Service providers
We use a small number of business-grade service providers to operate, including Microsoft 365 for email and documents, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, and our customer communication platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their commercial terms; they do not get to use your information for their own marketing, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your information is protected
Access to information you send us is limited to RCR team members who need it to serve you. Our systems require multi-factor authentication, and we run our own practice on the same modern, secure technology we recommend to clients. That said, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications.
Disclosure required by law
We will disclose information when required to comply with a court order, subpoena, or lawful request from a government authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of others.
Your choices
You may opt out of any non-essential communication from us by replying to any email and telling us, or by contacting us through the Site. To review, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided, email info@rcr-consulting.com and we will take care of it.
Text messaging
We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Links to other sites
The Site contains links to other websites. When you follow one, you are leaving our Site, and the destination’s own privacy policy applies. We encourage you to read it, because their practices may differ from ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date. If a change would materially affect how information you have already provided is used, we will contact you before applying it to your information.
