Career Growth Spotlight: Meet Jen
Jen spent 8 years in financial services, working her way from HR Coordinator to Talent Acquisition Leader, before stepping away from the corporate world in 2019 to be home with her daughters.
In November 2021 she found a remote, part-time opportunity with RCR, and Heather offered her the job over a lunch break, while Jen was serving jury duty. Hired as an HR Consultant, she quickly made client recruiting her focus, earned her PHR with RCR's support in 2022, and was promoted with her own team that same year.
