RCR Consulting Group started as an HR and payroll outsourcing practice, helping small businesses in the DC metro area get professional HR support without the cost of a full-time HR department. As our clients grew, they kept asking the same question: “Do you know anyone who can help with our IT?”
In 2025, we launched our managed IT services practice to answer that question ourselves. Led by Andrew Phebus, a cloud engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, security, and compliance, the IT practice brings the same consultative, relationship-driven approach that our HR clients have relied on for years.
